After-School All-Stars' comprehensive out-of-school programs provide opportunities for inner-city youth to participate in sports, educational, cultural, and community-enrichment programs. Participation helps build self-esteem, encourage youth to say "no" to drugs, gangs, and violence, and to instead say "yes" to hope, learning, and life.
