Programs

Columbus After-School All-Stars offers a variety of high-quality program curricula that includes everything from Drama to Kickball to Music to Poetry. We continue to develop and add innovative and fun programs for our students to keep them engaged, while working with the Principals and faculty to ensure what kinds of programs best fit their school and student base. 

Our program content is designed to meet specific local needs and interests.  We are committed to providing a comprehensive after-school experience that integrates the following three ASAS pillars and six ASAS cornerstones:

One other very unique aspect of CASAS is its service learning curriculum.  By incorporating student participation in every facet of planning and orchestrating a service project, our program teaches students the organizational and communicative skills that are incredibly useful in future jobs and in business. Our projects are unique in that they are truly a communal effort – projects incorporate student planning, marketing with help from our media partners, coordination and collaboration with partner organizations, and a big hand from our loyal volunteers. In this way, each party is rewarded with the satisfaction of helping local youth and families come together as a community to better their world.
